1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Beauty Center Milanova ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and booking services. By accessing the site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment with us, you agree to the following cancellation terms:

  • We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
  • If a scheduled appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, Beauty Center Milanova reserves the right to charge 50% of the treatment cost.
  • Repeated "No-Shows" or late cancellations may result in the inability to book future appointments.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive transactional messages from Beauty Center Milanova, including:

  • One-Time Passcodes (OTP): To verify your identity.
  • Appointment Confirmations: To confirm your booking details.
  • Appointment Reminders: Sent the day before your scheduled appointment, and on the morning of the appointment prior to our opening hours.

Important - One-Way Messaging:

Messages are sent via an Alphanumeric Sender ID (BCMilanova) which cannot receive incoming messages. Please do not reply to these SMS messages as we will not receive them.

Opt-Out Instructions & Rates:

You acknowledge that message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. You may opt-out of appointment reminders at any time by:

  • Logging into your Profile and toggling off "SMS Reminders".
  • Contacting us directly at contact@beautycentermilanova.com.

4. User Registration

You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of North Macedonia. Beauty Center Milanova and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of North Macedonia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
